I was on a search detail where I make sure the local
workers/translators don't carry things the shouldn't. During the busy hours
there was a bottle rocket sound, a thud and a puff of dirt about 30 feet
from me. I called it up and it was checked out. It turned out to be a
pretty big mortor round that was a dud. I almost had to change my pants.
Other than that I have been busy fixing the a/c's for my boys going out
the wire. It is starting to warm up over here.
I get some R&R in 5 days, really looking forward to it.
