When I first started pressure washing in Phoenix, I thought there was a difference between pressure washing and power washing services. I did not realize they were both the same terminology for concrete cleaning and gum removal services. I soon got into a lot of residential pressure washing in Scottsdale, AZ. I was performing lots of driveway cleanings in Scottsdale, when a homeowner asked me, “can you pressure wash my house?” I did not even know what house washing was yet. I could not believe that he really wanted me to spray off his house. That was the first time I ever up-sold a property. I remember while soft washing his home that I noticed he had dirty gutters. I asked him if he needed a gutter cleaning, and he agreed it was necessary. I charged extra for the gutters and sold him on residential window cleaning services! It was a great residential cleaning.
After months of residential pressure washing services I began to move my way into commercial pressure washing services in Phoenix, Arizona. Right away I picked up a couple restaurant sidewalk cleaning jobs. I soon realized that restaurants need a lot of steam cleaning services. Such as: dumpster pad cleaning, drive-thru cleaning, and commercial concrete cleaning services. The best part about exterior maintenance for commercial properties is they wanted their properties cleaned on a regular basis!
And once you are in with a company they always use you for their cleaning services. I remember the first week after landing a restaurant cleaning they called me back to perform a graffiti removal from their wall. That is when I noticed a lot of dirt on the walls of the building. I approached the owner and he agreed he needed a building wash. After building washing I picked up my first job for commercial window cleaning in Phoenix from that same customer. He did not want his windows having hard water stains, a huge problem when pressure washing in Arizona.
A couple years later, I was approached and asked by a customer if I would street sweep their asphalt parking lot. I had seen street sweepers in Phoenix before while pressure washing shopping plazas, but never looked into parking lot sweeping services. I decided I would try to give the parking lot sweeping business a try! So I bought my first street sweeper. Since then I have been sweeping parking lots all over Arizona.
Between all the power washing, window cleaning, and parking lot sweeping services I offer in Phoenix I have made quite a name for myself as a reputable cleaning company in Phoenix. I am very happy with the entire exterior maintenance industry and I plan on continuing to grow my company for years to come!
