I must apologize. I have been very neglectful to your request for a property list, and truly feel bad about this.* It’s no excuse, but in an effort to explain my actions, we have been short handed here in the office and with the year end responsibilities, everyone has had to take on more.* So…I greatly apologize.*

First, I wanted to say “Thank You” for your Starbucks gift certificate along with the bags of candy.* That is what prompted this email, as it reminded me that I still have not sent you our property list.*

I’ve attached the list for you to provide proposals.*

All properties would only probably need services done once a month, except for Gilbert Ranch.* The entire property is done 2x/month with 2 additional cleanings in front of Pro’s entrances, shopping cart areas, when they move them, as well as their BBQ pit area.*
