Let me ask you something... What do you say we have a talk show let's say once a month (2 weeks even better) or so, maybe an hour or 90min where we get together and you and other guys,special guests share ideas and secrets,answer some questions that were submitted before the show,discuss equipment etc...
We can do like 15min blocks with different theme (marketing,technical,what's working and what's not,giveaways.....). Maybe we can do last Wednesday (or any day) of the month or the first week of every month....
I believe there is a lot people out here who would like this idea. I'm volunteering for the first episode to buy a pizza and beer.
What do you guys think?

This is what I meant when I was talking to you earlier. I read the book $600/hr for window cleaning, and about that time is when I was told you were the man in the PW world. $600/hr changed my business in window cleaning and I can't wait to do it with Power Washing.

He valued his service for more money.

We have talked about it many times , most are afraid to raise prices.

If your getting to many jobs and having high closing rates maybe your charging to little.

If your struggling under your pricing structure now maybe your to low.


Most people are simply not charging enough.

Ron is right you really can charge more for the work as long as you do it correctly. Educate yourself and your customer on the proper procedures and show them why your service is better than the others.
