can anyone help determine the best way to bid a 280,000 sq ft warehouse. i have gotten a call to wash the inside and the outside of this building. just a cold water rinse and nothing more. it is concrete walls 40-50 ft high. the contractor who called is supplying me with 3 men and a lift. all i have to supply is my equiptment and myself.

Regular commercial new construction (acid work) is about .30 / sq so if you're just using water and he's paying your help & providing a lift, Ummm, considering about 2500 sq ft/ hour (based on a 5.6 gpm machine), that's 112 hours. At .10 / sq, that's still $28K for two weeks work 
Realistically, you could drop to .05, make $14K, about $125 hour. What a dream job!
