Great Game...but...
I am getting tired of watching good games decided by officials and not the players. I believe clearly that Miami had the game won at the end of the first overtime when there was a phantom interference call in the end zone. The ref who was right on the play had clearly ruled it incomplete at first...what a shame this stuff has to happen in such a big game, none the less though it WAS a great game.

Agreed. What a great game but I think the better team for the night came out ahead in the end. I thought that Miami QB Dorsey was overated anyway and he proved me right. Corson Palmer from USC on the other hand showed how a star QB should perform in the big game.
I would say because of Palmer USC is probably the bet Football team in the nation. Maybe OJ Simpson visiting the team gave them the edge they needed(Yea right the only edge he gave them involved a knife and what not to do with it).
As for rankings it would have to be Ohio first with a perfect record of 14-0.
So my list would be the same as Marv's top 4 even though I think USC is better then Miami and probably even Ohio.
