2009 Budget time - Property Management

Time is here folks get it rolling Property Managers are figuring their 2009 budget , we are sending out a couple of hundred solicitations a day as well as proposals ! Get it in before its tooooooo late !

here is my wife (Stacie) and Heather doing proposals up in the office today !

Jon I start getting calls in August from PM's and As I understand most budgets are done/completed some time in Oct or end of October

Retail and such may be a little different time frame, but I think about the same

Congrats Russ, I have come across some RFP's in the past, have seen mostly Hood cleaning, some military exterior housing cleaning. Sometimes you just have to get your foot in the door and show them what else you can clean.

Are you running diesels drivers on that job? That sure is a lot of hours.
