20 year old roof?

Gave an estimate today, the roof is in good shape, very little granual loss. The homeowner then said the roof is 20 years old, she is trying to sell and is most concerned with drive up appeal. Should i be concerned?:confused: Also its about an 8/12 and I don't plan on walking on it (love my bandit:D ). thanks scott:confused:

I would not be concerned in the least. We do 15-20yr old roofs all the time. Just the fact that your not going to be walking on it should tell you that it will be fine. Go for it! You and the ho will be happy you did...:)
 
we just did a 20 year old roof !! just dont get on it!! it will be fine!!
 
Yep, my only concern would be if you had to walk on it. This house was 20yo and it came out great! Glad you're happy with the bandit. I love mine more and more everyday. This distance on the thing is sick for high pitches.

Should be no problem, get plenty of before pictures.

Once it is clean the h/o will be able to see all the imperfections that exist (buckled, curled shingles, etc).

I've gone pack once or twice to show the pics and that those things were there before we cleaned.
