I'm really interested to see who wins this.

Its a raffle with some sort of balls is How it was explained how they are giving it Away.

Its a guarantee they are giving it away from what i have heard.

So if you want to Take a chance and win its just and 860.00 shot.

What if only two people show? Then you have a 50 50 shot.

I would get registared if I lived close.

Have you read the rules, sounds like they can use any excuse they want to deem you unacceptable to win the prize?

A 6 gpm machine at 3000 PSI, on a trailer for $20G's? It seems like an excessive price to me. I know I can build a really nice rig, with recovery, for $20g's.

Maybe your right, I wouldnt think you would have to give a refund if you didnt give it away?

Is sales tax High in Indiana? Since its a raffle you must also pay the IRS

Update to Beyond Pressure Washing 2010. Several people have stated they have cpnfined space training. Others have fears of confined spaces. Due to this we have changed the seminar to allow for those that don't want to participate in this training can attend at a lower cost. I dont know, but Tom could input for tax purposes a lower than MSRP value for the unit, as low as his direct cost.
 
I think that if I have another round table, I am going to make people apply so that I can vet them a little bit. Can't have the unwashed masses learning something. I might also charge $500 per person. I am certain I can have enough content to make it worthwhile.

Just seems like a lot of expenisve hype to me.
 
7% Indiana sales tax. Plus I'm guessing you will get a 1099 and have to pay income tax on the retail price.

In some states you will get double dipped when you go to title it. I can't remember which but some states don't give you a credit for sales tax paid on an out of state vehicle purchase. So you get hit again.

I think you have to be present to win.
