Going to upgrade my Sidewinder surface cleaner with a 3 or 4 nozzle bar. And would like to plumb my 8gpm and 4gpm together. Using 2504 nozzles now. Would you increase to nozzle degree when adding gpm's? What bar does everyone prefer 3 or 4 nozzle 8gpm 12gpm ?
If by chance anyone has dual pw plumbed together i could use a couple pictures.
Thanks again everyone

What is the pressure rating of your 8 gpm machine? 2504's are for 8 at 4000 psi. If your machine is rated for 3000 or 3500, you should be using 25045's, because you are losing flow. As far as a 3-4 nozzle bar. The only three nozzle bar I have heard of is a mosmatic 3 arm bar. Whisper wash is the one with the 4 nozzle bar, not sure you can put a whisper wash bar on your surface cleaner. The mosmatic bar is adjustable I believe as far as angle. Although not sure on that. Also is your surface cleaner rated for 12 gpm's? You are talking about going to 1/2 " hose. Which is really heavy.

The siamese kit will combine the flow of 2 pressure washers while respecting the lower pressure of the 2. They must have trapped pressure unloaders witn no easy start feature. New nozzles will be essential for your new found power.

Great points guys. Ah man Ralph glad you pointed out the 2504's because I'm set around 3400psi. I'll be going for some new nozzles tomorrow then. Its seemed to be lacking some power and slow. Sidewinder says its rated up to 12gpm. That lagging is what had me wanting more. I'll have to measure the bar and clearance before moving forward.
Going siamemes is now looking like a big expense which is a 3rd the cost of a 2nd high output machine. A 2nd 8gpm machine is definitely needed also. Thanks guys appreciate the help
