2 Page Drought Article In Atlanta Journal

Did you see the Drought Article In Atlanta Journal?
I got a call today from customer in Gwinnette county to wash his house so he could paint it and he told me about a Full 2 PAGE newspaper article in Sundays Atlanta Journal about the drought here in Ga.
It mentioned some metro Atlanta counties and the fines the home owner would pay if he was caught violating the counties ordinances.
Gwinnette could fine the homeowner 1,000.00 if caught, I called Henry county and the told me the fine would be 500.00 and when the contractor washed you have to use the addresses for odd even system and no pw on Fridays.
