Here are a few pictures of some roofs we did today 1 in palm Harbor FL and 1 in Tarpon Springs FL. The last picture is after but the roof is still wet.

Good job on the Roof Cleaning Nick!

Nick, on an average week, what % of your work is Roof Cleaning?

Depends on how busy it gets for residential. We have been pretty slammed with roofs lately, and now I am busy for the rest of the month with commercial. It seems to come in spurts with residentials.

We have been working with 3 property managers over the last few weeks and doing alot of flat work in some of these communities, and alot of the roof work we got were from people in the communities we were working in.

I am going down tomorrow to bid on a large project down in Clearwater and a large bid in Miami next week while we are there working in FT Laurderdale. Things are starting to turn around down here commercial wise we also have a Demo for a large P/M in Miramar FL while we are over on the other coast, I have been chasing them for awhile and we finally got a call to do a demo.

Me and Lonnie won a pretty big bid with the city of tampa that starts up soon, so I guess things are starting to loosen up a bit, and thats a good thing for everyone.
 
Good for you Nick. We have an increase here for roofs also. Lonnie has a way with making bids work for him!

That was not gloating that was facts. And we are out of tootsie rolls but the work keeps comming in.:kiss:

Lonnie is good people, I met him for the first time at the last Tampa R/T and we hit it off right away. He has a great work ethic and we do very similar type of work.

Tootsie rolls, so I guess you are doing the jar also?

If so, sounds like it is paying off for you good.

No just messin with Kory. No tootsie rolls here Larry ate all of them on me so I gave it up.

Thanks for your input. I am working with Lonnie & 2 other PWI members on a multiple parking garage cleaning contract that could yield over 600,000 sq. ft. of work.

Personally, I was impressed in the devotion that both Lonnie & his wife have to this profession.

Those that have a working relationship with me know that I love to take on big jobs & I like to build working relationships with people that are in my industry with the specific intention of working together to tackle big jobs together in a way that benefits everyone involved.

I was talking to Lonnie yesterday and he did mention that, thats good networking with other pro's can only help.
 
SWEET! Nice job Nick. I wish all the Roof Cleaning contractors in Pinellas and in Tampa would take note of how great a Non Pressure Roof Cleaning can make such a big difference verses Pressure Washing a Roof. Keep up the great work! :thumbup2: PS...You didn't think I would forget did you! Hahaha!
