2 machines together, unloader problems

I have 2 machines running together both with the blue spring general pulsar unloader. Everything runs well untill last week and the 8gpm machine started to go into a high pressure bypass. I replaced the unloader and everything was fine untill tonight. Now both machines bypass under high pressure meaning the load is not taken being taken off the motor. Any ideas. There are no leaks anywhere, all is well. The only thing that is not on the machines are Check Valves

Sounds like you may have blown the seal off of the check valves on the outlet of the unloader and they are not seating. This will make it not go into full bypass.

One of my machines started doing this the other day.....one time I release the trigger it does fine,,,,next time it will not bypass. I blew the end of a hose before I realized it was doing it...I was on the back side of a house when it happened.
I thought maybe my unloader was going bad or the pressure switch thingy majob was going out. Got to get it repaired.....using my other unit for everything this week.

Are those repairable on the blue spring pulsar?

Is there a better unloader to run while doing this?

Yes you can repair them in some cases if it is just a seal the rebuild kit should handle it. You may be better suited to go with a YU2140 though they are much more heavy duty.

The unloader Paul suggested is good.

This is the reason I put check valves on my 2 machine setup, the working parts on check valves of unloaders are small in comparison to a dedicated check valve.

Great suggestion!

We suggest the YU2140 by General Pump (Green Spring Unloader with Dual Bypass) also.
