Not going into what we should or should not have in our 1st aid kit.
That has been covered in the past however a simple reminder to bring out your kit and check everything for expiration dates and to be sure it has not expired.
Some items over time deterioate and dry and become worthless.
I had that happen to me last night, my cold pack was opened and all over everything else.
I figure it might be wiser to simply buy an new kit then rebuild this one.
