Do you have a stencil? No you would not go to a residential property without permission.
 
1112, that's awesome Ron. Can you fill us in on the details?

-Did you cold call all these and set up an appointment?
-Did you clean the stencil marking off as soon as you were done?
-Were any of these without permission?
-What locations (back door, etc.)?

I truly stopped keeping track after the 134 job last sept.

We will do some math on it after the first of the year, to busy now hiring new techs & one Sales person.

Its been a life saver with a few other things we changed.
 
Did you guys see the signature of carolinawildcat? "Stencils are for people that are afraid to sell" (or something like that). I guess Ron's success with them doesn't mean anything??? Stopped counting jobs won from stencils at 134???

carolinawildcat, I think it's about time you removed that from your signature!

Hey Ron, would you mind answering a couple of my questions from my first reply in this thread? Mainly how your sales dept. sets these demos up. All cold calling? Do you set any up with property managers? Thanks! We have alot to learn from your generous teachings!

I wouldn't say I've measured alot, maybe 20 or so strip malls so far. Not any luck yet with the pm's, just being added to their vendor list. Need to get added to the preferred vendor list. Restaurants are going ok though. They are easier to get.
