1/2 million n PM's

Last week we started a team drive with all office people.

If we post a ½ million in centers by the end of the year for 2008 we are going to Vegas Disney or the beach (Huntington) there choice spouse or partner included.

It looks like I may be paying this off, in the week we sold 7. Last week 4 more, we have numerous others on the hook and more leads are coming in each day.

I will keep you guys posted on the activity and update how things are going.

We went paperless about 1 year ago and it has made us much more effective.

I started this team sales actually about two weeks ago and it took awhile for everyone to start understanding they all had a part.

The accounting people didn’t understand they could help. It didn’t take long for the marketing people to get them involved. One afternoon they where standing around after lunch talking about how they might leave early because everything was caught up. That’s about the time Tammy stepped up and said hey I want a free trip to Vegas. If you guys have extra time help, so we get the video demos out. This is a process that normally takes a lot longer but with four people on it they got it done in one afternoon. (Team work)

So to date we have sold 11 and we need 89 more. I don’t know if we will make it. But it looks good.
 
How many sales people do you have Ron? How many employees total?
 
So do you have your people shift their normal focus for a sales drive like this? Or is it more of a work harder on what they are already doing type thing?
 
Its mainly this time of year, Budgets for 2008 are being done. PMs are making changes based on last years performance.

So the focus on PMs is definitly on high. Our regular commercial keeps running as normal and we work them as well.

I'm a big team guy, I like teams and games. Makes work alittle more fun, I have surrounded myself with competitors.
