This is what I use. It keeps up with my 5.5gpm pump, tank is usually full unless the well is really bad. Get at home depot.

Chris, I dont use a very big buffer tank. Even with it full it will not prime if it was completely emptied before hand. see pic of my set up. I might try increasing my hose diameter.

I like the idea of using 0 rings for helping vibration. I also use the rubber donuts under the trailer to mount the engine frame. Every bit helps.
