I saw the new FB group and have to say I'm disappointed. The politics are getting so ridiculous that it makes me sad for the industry. I know you aren't letting it get to you and I appreciate what you're doing to help others.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Simpole offers a 2 part RO warranty - First we will send a cartridge to clean the RO. If that fails to solve the problem and you have documented your prefilter and carbon filter replacement we will replace the RO for the cost of shipping.
