It was a covered outlet on an exterior brick wall. These things never seal good even with tape. Soap ran down 10 feet from the gable and it started popping and fizzing and just kept on. I shot a fire extinguisher up all in it best I could. My question is why did this thing pop and fizz so long...
What is the chemical or what is it road and bridge construction companies spray on new concrete curbs and bridge rails etc that looks like some kind of whitewash? Any one know anything about it? Is there a purpose other than cosmetic?

This is one of the most difficult things I clean quarterly. Trying to get the owner to agree to a more frequent cleaning. The back door all the way to the used grease bin is awful. The grease / tallow gets on the concrete and hardens. It just seems to laugh at caustic and heat. It eventually...
Home owner says cooking grease leaked from a garbage bag on some of this but it's also a film covering a lot of it where the garbage wasn't drug. How would you go about this?

I got tired of the old website I had and let it lapse. I just was not happy with the results and had pains when I wanted to update it or edit it. Just out of curiosity I setup several Tumblr blog pages for different surrounding communities and one for the geographical area. I just did this a...

Guy says $1 per house sf so I ask to verify 2400 sf house = $2400. He says yeah but I may come off a little after some questions. So I'm playing the game trying to figure out he does it. Heck I can wash my house and two car garage all vinyl in...
What is your favorite nozzle for concrete a 15* or a 25*. I've been using 15* for some time now and I am beggining to feel they are a little too aggressive. I'm wondering if switching back to 25* might help eliminate striping issues and clean a little more evenly.

Well my GX670 just started backfiring on cold startup, then runs rough a few seconds before smoothing out. Any suggestions what might be the problem? Never done this before.
Well recently when I installed a new K7 unloader, I also installed a permanent pressure gauge between the pump and unloader. In the past I've always used a temporary quick connect gauge at the reel and at the end of the hose to occasionally check my pressure. So now I am really starting to...
My pressure trap unloader was going bad so I just switched to a K-7.3 unloader on my 8gpm x 3500 machine. I love how the K-7 acts when it does what it is supposed to do. After I first used it I had some problems with it "switching back" over to high pressure after I had my hand off the gun. So...
A good story for a change....

I think this is something that all golfers should be aware of. I think all Americans should be aware of this also.

We've been washing interiors for a large recycling company and while in each location we've also been washing / degreasing their cranes. All locations we did were real happy until last weekend. We spent about 5 hours washing four cranes and four skid steers. They were not happy with the cranes...
Well this was the first roof I just "discolored" the algae on almost three years ago. 3 houses down from me and I walk past it walking my dog every day. The algae still looks "discolored" just the same as well as the brick that I "discolored" the algae around the steps. I must go back and...
A local tech told me about every fifth tank to burn kerosene in the burner to clean the soot. Is that good or bad advice? Would straight kerosene burn too hot or harm anything? I know on my Cummins Diesel it is okay to burn 50% kerosene in winter to remedy fuel gelling but I know kero burns hotter.
