If anybody is familiar with these two multi functional stain sprayers please offer input. Deckster ($850) is sold by Sunbrite and RS Magnum 500 ($695) is sold by Ready Seal.

Any advice here? My client had some food catch fire while cooking so she place a red hot pan on her deck just to get it out of the house. Now there is a black ring where it burnt the wood. I've tried cleaning it, britening it, sanding it...all to no avail. Any tricks?
