Here is why you don't wait 11 yrs to re stain your deck. They let time get away from them before calling me out to clean re stain their deck. It was pressure washed then used a light 12 % mix then rinsed no brightener was used.

Here was a custom home that was stained 12 yrs ago and I was very happy how the Gray Away held up over the years.It was lightly cleaned with 12% mix with no pressure then stained with Super Cedar all hand brushed .
It took a total of 2 and half gallons !
Well this was my longest fence till I have 4 K Lft to do in a few weeks. This was both sides stained for a total of almost 30,000 sqft of new cedar fence.

It was cleaned with BDA and stained with BGA Special Blend with 130 sqft/gallon not bad for a 10 yr old fence!
The sprinkler marks are not perfect but they are a PITA to darken 100%!
