I couldn't find much on here when searching, but I am curious about down streaming ratios. For example, my PW down streams at a ratio of 1:7. Does this require a change in the house mix formula at all? Will a regular 5 gallon mix still work fine at this ratio?

I noticed today at Wal Mart that the Great Value bleach is 8.25%. I wasn't able to tell how fresh it was; I couldn't find a mfgd. label anywhere. Any one here have experience using Great Value bleach? It seems reasonably strong, and I am having a hard time finding 12.5% SH.
