I have been thinking of adding pressure washer sales and service to my pressure washing biz. My main consern is hurting my biz by helping my competetors. Do any of you currently do all 3 or maybe thinking about it?

Has anybody here tried using steam with there surface cleaners? I have a pressure washer that has a 320 degree steam setting on it. At that temp all you get is steam coming out. It would make water recovery much easyer.

I have 2 f250 flatbeds that i want to convert to duallys. Has anybudy in here done this before? and if so where did you get the parts? I love bolth of these trucks but i tend to carry over 300 gal of water on them and alot of equipment. I would feel safer if they had duall tires on the back.

I have been having problems with my employees lately. They have been coming into work late,doing crapy work,bad attitudes. I let it go at first because it has been so cold but it is starting to get out of hand. What seems to work for you guys???
