life is real cyclical seems every 10 years the economy tanks. Or so say the talking heads. i have found for myself if i pay to much attention to the fear mongers I'm the doom and gloom train. Ohh woo is me.......So i don't listen to the talking heads. and guess what the sun shines the birds chirp and I hear childrens laughter.

The economy is going to nose. Just wait 4-8 months when the incredible number of notes on the houseing market begin to go into forclosure. If you know anyone in the banking buisness right now I suggets you ask them what the percentage of commercial notes that are 60 to 90 days past due. banks are being very creative right now to get ANY MONEY on a note they can but are quickly exhausting them.
