The middle picture made me lick my chops!
All that building seems to need is a spray with some Chlorine and a LITTLE TSP with some Borax added.
We find the Borax aids in not spotting windows!
Actually, if you read a box of Borax, it is used in automatic dishwashers for sparkling glasses, LOL

I don't know I would even bothered with a lift ?
But I am not there, and respect your judgement.

I have done tall buildings before with a telescoping wand, and a good rinse rig.
Hit all surfaces with the mix, and let God sort em out, he he.

Congratulations on this big job David!

We are using a m5 on the walls and PWing the really bad leftovers. The top flashing has rust (had) on it. You need the lift for that.
Most of the three you can do w/o the lift as far as the walls go

I am submiting the invoice to the PM and they are picking up the tab.
I reserved the lift for 2 weeks and they were billed that amount, I will give them the actual invoice ( from the rental company ) and a corrected final invoice when done.
