Worst garage floor ever?

This is a buddy's rental house garage floor. I has too be one of the worst out there. It is rented to college kids close to Fresno state university. They were using it as there casino. There were 5 card tables and the hole place including the house was a total mess... Garage had the worst smell you could imagine. Smelt like a combo of beer, cigarettes and a very strong odor of cat piss... I could not imagine sitting in there playing cards...... These kid's no longer live there they got the boot...

This was not a payed job. Just wanted to run my machine. While I am getting all of my ducks in a row trying to start the business.

Tell me what i could do to get better result's
I first degreassed and brushed it in. Let it dwell for about 15-20 mins. hit it with hot water, then srayed some 12% on....
He was very happy with the results. But I know it can get alot better!

Looks good. What kind of surfacer is that? and whats that quick connect for above the top left wheel? Just curious.
 
With something like that you want to soap untill it melts everything. Interesting surfacer.

That is pretty bad. We play beer pong in my friend's garage most everyweekend. We trash it pretty bad but we clean it once or twice a month so it doesn't get that funk in it.

A longer dwell time on your chems could help. What PSI are you using? Are you using a hot water pressure washer? I know you said you hit it with hot water...but just making sure it was from the pressure washer :)
