What is your Degreaser (non-caustic) of Choice?

I have been using Power Stroke from Envirospec which is a great product however their prices have spiked and I am looking for possible alternatives. We use this for our weekly commercial runs, no real heavy build-up.
I prefer Powder.

Anyone try this?

f-18 from pressuretek works great, I normally use SH (caustic) but for maintenance cleaning we sometimes use f-18

Never tried it but think I might. Brody chemical has an orange solvent I have used that is bio-degradable. Here it is:

Works good on heavy gum areas...the gum just melts away! I always dilute it its pretty powerful. And smells like oranges for hours after your finished. One of my customers wasn't too happy about the smell.

Well at my disposal is sodium hydroxide,potassium hydroxide, butyl, isopropyl alcohol,denatured ethanol, diesel, ammonia and four different surfactants.
Various ingredients are mixed according to the method application used and the nature of the grease.

Thanks.....I want something easy, a powder that you mix with water. Might try the orange stuff. We use the caustic mixes when needed, but no need on weekly accounts.

Mike cut back the amount of caustic for weekly.I'll have to look and see if I still have the mixes for the various cleaning time lines written down.
