I want to talk about character and people as human beings.

My son Jake passed away July 9th, back in March he was washing, couldn’t hit a spot so he went up on the roof, coming down he got tangled up in the hose and fell to the ground, crushed 3 vertebrae in his back, he fought and fought, he had immune deficiency which effected his lungs so the doctors questioned even ventilating him for surgery.

We continued to wash for him on weekends, he was going to get better, keep his name out there, keep booking jobs.

Again he left us July 9th, Tyler Chapman from Nexgen Pressure Washing in Cedar Rapids Iowa contacted Jakes Mom expressing his condolences and said he had people contacting him to do work we had booked, but he wasn’t comfortable doing it but he would and donate back the money to us to help with the expenses. I’ve never meet this kid but he’s a good person, great human being, could have came in, did the work and gone.

I miss my son like no one will ever know, he was my best friend, business partner and son.

Tyler as a young man will succeed, he is a great human being and has character that will make him successful and do things right.

I spoke to Tyler, he’s young, we talked about different things, reminding me of talking to my son, me heeling some maybe.

Be safe everyone, there’s unbelievable money to be made, but there are dangers.

God bless you all and be safe.

Very sad to hear prayers to his family. I’m 60 years old that’s one Reason why I stay on the ground. I only do driveways walkways and patios. I don’t wanna get hurt at my age
