Vegas Parking Garage Event March 26-28

For all parking garage cleaners and potential cleaners put March 26-28 on your schedule for a must attend event. We have aprox 5 companies so far that are in agreement to bring there equipment down to this event to be used to do a one of a kind event where whoever attends gets to use each piece of machinery to do an actual cleaning.

This is not a demonstration!! Whoever attends this event will work this equipment to get OJT right out of the gate. There will be 1 day classwork, 1 day working the equipment and the last day some more schedule classwork with the emphasis being on equipment discussion & how to work with your local AHJ's.

The classwork will consist of discussion on how to clean a garage and to be financially successful at it as well as working with AHJ's,POTW's,EPA,BMP's etc. We have multiple officials who are interested in attending this ground breaking event and also a potential National Speaker.

The goal is to keep the pricing reasonable & rational that benefits you the attendee. Because we plan on having each attendee to use the EQUIPMENT in a working atmosphere we only blocked off 20 rooms and have a conference room to hold 40 guest.

Where closing now just one more detail and once that is done we will officially announce everything later this week.

Once this official word comes out about the details, whoever is interested we will respectfully ask all to respond to an email. We have a committee in place to pick out the names so no one person can decide who goes. From that point we'll ask for a deposit to lock you in.

If this is deemed a success we will work on getting many more national companies to bring there equipment in so many more can attend next year. Were doing this for you to help us and yourself to be accepted as the go to professionals to get the parking garage done correctly and to be compensated accordingly.

The ultimate goal for the parking garage cleaners and people who have an interest in a niche commercial market is to be a force to be reckoned with on a national level.

So stay tuned for more information in the next couple of days ahead.

Sounds like a great event.

Thanks Chad. Anything to help this Industry move forward and to also help with an event for others to attend--I'm all in. Should have some exciting news to report on this in the next day or so.

Is Tony's buddy bringing his rig to the event?
Lol.. These guys should still be buddies cause life is to short....

I'm twisting Jim's arm now to not only bring one of his trailers but to run it as well... Him an I have been talking about this very topic for months.. I can be in a nice way a bit of a consistent pain in the azz.. I'm expecting Jim to not only bring one of his trailers but to run it while we work... That along with everything else will be announced in a day or two because Jim was in Vegas and he accomplished alot...

I just wonder who is paying for the trip.

Sorry, couldn't resist.

Where getting some good feedback on emails about this-- Thanks for the interest guys and will have the info out shortly as per request.. Just a fast update.. The prices are set and no matter what the demand is there won't be any price gouging.. More info soon.

Awesome John,
Keep me posted.

Ok the "Garage Doctor" Jim Gamble closed the deal tonight. Been on numerous conference calls with Jim and others all the way up to an hour ago.
Where going to release a ton of info the next few days but here's the vitals.
1-We have a national speaker
2-We have people of interest coming in for a lively discussion
3- We have multiple companies coming in for us to use there equipment for the day. At least 3 of them are national companies
4-We have 1 national charity group that's going to take a portion of the proceeds to be donated at 100% . I have another conference call with another national Charity group in the next few days to do the same(I want agreements that 100% of the money goes straight to there causes). Both of these Charities will in turn recognize these donations thru documentation back. You'll love the guy who's attached to this 2nd charity which is named after him.

Now for the prices which will not change as long as you get in before the hotel block runs it's course.
1-Hotel Block which consist of a room,a conference room and the place to powerwash for the day with all the wild machinery will cost for all 3 nights combined -aprox $160 which includes tax
2- the price to attend this event which includes everything above is $329 and no matter if we fill this small & important event up or only 5 people show up the price will not change.

The dates are finalized as March 26-28 for 3 days of hard core parking garage business. More info will be released in the next couple of days but look up your flights now to get an idea what's going on there.

Also if your interested send all request to ParkingGarageCleaningEvent@Gmail.com and attach me as well if you like clncounty@aol.com
The room block is small as the event will be because the goal is for all who attend to not only hear and learn some amazing things...we want you all to work the machinery.

Thanks,
John T.

If Jim were on the side of contractors instead of fighting for regulations against them this would be a great event at that price.

He better check with the pw$a and make sure he's allowed to offer anything at those kind of reasonable prices.

Such a travesty to have that much experience in one niche that could be so valuable to other contractors tainted by ego, hatred for Ron, Scott, and me, and the immoral concept of using the government to force customers to pay inflated prices.

Congratulations on the pricing though, seems like a lot better value than a one day seminar on how to bend over for the EPA in Atlanta by Robert for $495.

I hope it is very successful in teaching contractors how to clean garages.

Tony the Sad thing in here is Scott wants no part of anything Jim's involved in and Ron told me to scrap this Vegas thing and take Garage lessons from you and him instead..lol
and it's obvious that you also do not want to go anywhere where Jim or Robert for that matter.

You guys would love this event.. Maybe if we do it again in AC next year some of you guys will soften your stances on things...maybe not. I can't worry about who likes who and who hates who---- not my thing.

Anyway thanks for wishing it to be successful though. Only time will tell(smile)

I tell you what John, I will make a deal with you. If you get me a bona fide invite to the event by the "committee" I will pay your admission. Deal?

I'd love to see you there Tony but look who the committee is.. You been slapping these guys around continuously here. Send in your request that's all I can tell you. The Conference Room holds 40 people which considering there are 15 or more people who want to speak here and also we want everyone to get much more then what they paid for by being able to use the machinery where hoping to fill the 20 block room & at most allow 30 paid people in. 20-25 is probably the max will stick with.

Wait to you here who's going. I'll give you a hint.... This company built one of my vac setups and no it's not Robert..he built my MultiTech system.

Sure Jim call me as always. But most important here is to respond to the email listed above. Where starting to get over inundated by people who want to come. We have 6 alone from the state of Texas.

In around a week we have to go thru the emails and hopefully more then one person in this committee has the same names picked... That's the ticket in... We could not think of a fairer way to do this because it's small.

Talk soon.

Of whom does the committee consist?
