hello all, here is some pics up my rig updated with hanny stainless steel power rewind reels, custom made stainless wheel whells , and ladder.... this is a brushless system that operates off remote control..all the exhaust systems have been cut and rewelded with stainless and have been sent out to get a space coating material to reduce the heat drastically...mostly everything on this rig is custom .. the tank in the front is a 300 gallon gray water tank and is built extremely tuff with many baffles and supports ...its strong enough to hold a car.. all my machines are linked to a low water shutdown .. all the high pressure lines are done in schedule 80 stainless steel and were bent to many specifications to reduce elbows and fittings besides save the loss of pressure drop from all the fittings... ps not to mention leaks .i will be posting more pics as it comes to completion

hello, its a mitsubishi fh box truck 6 cyl diesel... 19,250 gvw.. 15 ft box thanks
 
hey russ the muffler isnt powder coated... its ceramic coated... it reduced the heat drastically off the mufflers as well as stops corrosion.....i had a race shop send it to get this process done.. i think the company was in cali .......
 
Are you upstreaming both your chems into that CAT pump?
If so how long do your pumps last running acid through 'em.

hey richard, this rig is not on the road as of yet but we ran alot of chemicals through it.. this pump has a stainless steel head but im supposed to get about a year and half before have to repack the seals...yes i am upstreaming all the chemicals in the pump....the hydrotek system in the back is linked to one of our chemical tanks that dispenses alkalines only..... there is a spray bar above our chemical tanks so you just pour the raw materials in the tank and turn on a ball valve and it will mix the soft water from our fresh water tank for better chemical performance....
