Hey Amy, please tell Darla and Patty for me how much I appreciate how fast they get the COI's to my customers. It has helped me close many a job because they make me look good like I am real efficient or something.

Had a Property Manager last week that requested 5 of them (updated) for the properties we have on maintenance, and they received them within 30 minutes. Got a call from Mmy PM saying WOW they never have gotten them that quick, said it usually takes days.

Thanks Doug! I just let Darla and Patti know about your nice comment. They think you are great too!

I sub out quite a few jobs on my contracting side of my business. I have steady crews i use, however it is equally important to check and verify the insurance is valid periodically..I will hold pay back from crews if its not up to date or deduct 15% if i have to.

My customers love knowing they get my COI's directly from my agent....they know they don't have to call to verify. I been going up against a few around here that furnish expired insurance documents or ones that haven't expired that are not valid due to non payment.
