JL Pressure Washing
Here's some of the projects we did this past week. We pressure washed 54, 2 & 3 story condos, cleaned out all the gutters, cleaned concrete padss at front entrances, pressure washed clubhouses and pool houses Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. We pressure wash this complex every 6 months, they keep the property up real nice and we have been doing this complex for 5 years.

No water supplies so we have two hydrant meters from the city that we keep. Its a sweat job
 
This was Thursday & Fridays work. 180 townhomes in Myrtle Beach that we pressure washed. We washed the buildings and cleaned out all the gutters. We also did several other little projects this week, some clubhouses, neighborhood entrance signs and some hospital work.

This is one we got back this year, its one of several properties we got back. They went with a lowballer and unqualified contractor last year, he's a nice guy but just didnt know how to price or do the work. It took him 3 weeks and he worked on Easter sunday spraying bleach. The head of Maintenance and manager just didnt want to deal with the hassles so we got all the properties back this year.

Thurday it was windy as heck but we got it done and the maintenance guy was thrilled to have JL Pressure Washing back
