So I had a question for Russ and if one if his products would work. I sent him an email with pics this morning (Saturday) casually expecting an email back sometime Monday afternoon. Too my suprise I heard my phone ring before lunch today (KY on the caller ID) and Russ was calling to answer my question. Albeit he was the not the bearer of good news, it's great to have guys that go the extra mile to exceed thier customers satisfaction. It means a bunch. BTW I have bought some product from Russ, and a lot other places, so I can tell u he honestly cares about this industries contractors no matter how much you do or do not buy from him. This experience will definitely play a part in future purchases.

I really appreciated his calling me to discuss my question today.

My local guy would probably never call me, much less remember name.

I think me and russ have done more business and interaction on saturdays then any day of the week. He is a stable to our business an amazing at customer service and supporting his clients.
