Steeple Cleaning - Tallahassee, Florida

That's my salesman's church. My family has been to their singing Christmas tree once or twice. We do their hood cleaning! They went from that little building on the south side of the property to that "campus" of multiple large buildings over night!
Great Job! I hope they let you keep up with the rest of it.

Mark, we do primarily hoods. We have a guy that does flatwork, but only for restaurants. Even then, only for current customers or customers we are actively persuing. We typically refer work like this when we are approached on it. Ray is new to the forum, but now that I've seen him here I actually recognize his rig. I would have recommended a softwash company for that type of work anyway. Now, w/ picture proof, I can just refer him directly!

Thanks Kyle. We always appreciate referrals, and its MY solemn promise to always make you proud to have referred that customer to Spray Wash! I hope to be able to retrun the favor too with some kitchen cleanings. That area is one which we certainly don't overlap!

We've been in and out of the Golf Course. We do all of the universities in town except one. And it happens to be the biggest one...with that golf course. Occasionally the restaurant takes a stand and chooses a hood cleaner on their own. But, typically the university sends their contracted cleaner. We are really close to picking up the whole school, but they are just too concerned with price. We don't fight very hard for that kind of customer...
My crews will eat at a place on campus every other week or so and the cafeteria managers always ask when they are going to clean his hoods. Wish they were the decision makers...but, for now, he's our squeaky wheels!
