Solar Panels

Even if you took one minute a panel to clean- thats 316 hours of labor @ $40.00 hr= $12,640.00 + costs and to be realistic it will take probably 5 minutes a panel= about 60k labor + costs. Its really a 100k job that will get bid for 19k (a dollar a panel).

Good luck on this one

I would go a buck a panel. One guy with a window mop and a large bucket of Dawn, and another guy with a cold water washer, and DI Bottles for rinse. You will need three ladders and another guy if you are going elevated. The price would also go up.

Just for speculation and with limited factors like accessibility I'd be at $1.50 per panel. I'd be flushing the panel with tap water, while another guy brushed the dirt loose with a truck wash brush or boars hair brush, then a 3rd guy follows quickly with a pure water rinse. Similar to Scott's suggestion but no soap as it would require more rinsing slowing the process down and you're gonna need speed to make a profit on this one.
