I don't know what that stuff costs but Dominion Restoration Products makes something called DR-60 that i use that will remove oil stains, rust stains gum ghosts, and gum with little or no wanding but it is $$$$$ too. But if its less than prosoco you should try it. Oh ya it brightens the concrete as it dries as well.

Both Chemicals sound good but for Commercial Flat work they would'nt be cost effective and also you most likely would have to capture the water during cleaning. Once again Not cost effective.

I'll stick with Hot water,GPM's and PSI for Commercial Flat Work.

your 100% correct, definatly cost effective for large end flat work. I use it when i get flat work that hasn't been cleaned in years and years just for the first cleaning to get things up to par then i go back to regular stuff. it costs me $130 for 5 gallons shipped and $ 1000 for 55 gallons shipped, so its not something that can be used on every cleaning.
