Ok I was going to ask 'what's going on in cali' when I read this article, seems a bit strange to me...........

which usually is open Thursdays, was closed for the night, said neighbors from a nearby condominium complex

neighbor also said the electricity had been turned off at the restaurant Thursday, and the giant blowup frog that sat atop the building since the place opened in 2008 had deflated

What's with the frog?
And what did he have against the establishment?
