That is a nice setup! What type of Unit do you have do you use heat? We are just starting out and have a small cold water honda unit, also what type of surface cleaner are you using?

I use cold water honda 3800psi 4gpm, I use 20" surface cleaner but I am working my way up to bigger better equipment.
 
Awesome, how does the surface cleaner work with the cold water does it lift the dirt well? We are looking to get one, to speed up our job time. Also do you use more chemicals with heavily soiled surfaces or do you use an x jet and elbow grease? We haven't been using too many chems yet...

You need a burner Chris.....In another thread you were talking about the driveway cleaning and having to got back over alot......the hot water will help ALOT!!!!
Would be money well spent to invest in a burner.

Do you use hot water on resi work?I just pretreat it and it seems to work fine.
