JL Pressure Washing
Well after just an OK August and not great September we are SLAMMIN again. Man I love when we are rockin & rollin. Ya for the money of course should be one of my best months but also I just get into a groove and I actually get more done all around when we are busy. I just get sort of a little lazy when its slow. We have 142, 2, 3, 4 story buildings to do just in October plus several large complexes we have gutter clean outs, have several buildings and several parking garages to do in November up to at least the 1 st couple weeks of December and many other big and little jobs to do in between , plus a few weekend jobs and a couple small out of area jobs. YAHOO, just gets my adrenaline going

The Condo King is ready to conquer a few busy upcoming months

After the slow September and some real hacks taking some good projects, all this work feels good

I am getting some calls from Condos that the 3 levels of walkways/breezeways are covered in bugs, spiders, spider webs etc, all the rain really drives the bugs into these areas.

TIP OF THE WEEK >>>>>>>>For those going after condo work, this is a good thing to target the walkways/breezeway areas at the units. Quite often they don't need the whole building washed, just these breezeways, some we do 3 times a year. TARGET them, sometimes properties dont even think about just washing those areas so they leave them filthy until regular building wash.

Theres cleaning companies where cleaning & dusting these areas is all they do. I know one company that has dozens of properties she does weekly

I always feel better when I'm going nuts. Got to hire another 1 or 2 guys next week. I hate looking for workers, thats the only real PITA part of this biz for me

You will get some one day, I see it. Russ hired someone and I'll bet its the best thing he ever did.

When he is washing she is still selling.

While in Florida I didnt play all day, I sold on the phone and made the contracts come in. I closed a few centers we were trying to get signed up.
