Ron,
You may have thought of this already but if you haven't You can go to the www.pwna.org site to e-mail potential new members.

Just go to that site. Once there look to the left and click on membership. Once you do that all you have to do is put in each state: example NY and then where it ask for "Sort By" click in company. In NY there is 10 listed members including yours truly and it gives there e-mail addresses. You can send each one your bb info.

Just an Idea;)

John,

I did that to see what was offered, the one thing that stood out is there is NO listing of what city they are in nor is any web site offered.

I can only surmise the reason is the PWNA or possibly the members don't want competitors to know that information.

Now from a customer point of view if I owned a business and needed a PW I would not know if they are located in my city or close by so why would I call just to ask that question?

The yellow pages and Chamber of Commerce offers that information.

Am I missing something here? Can someone explain why they leave out the city and other important information please?

I left out that when you click on membership then after that is done click on up top "Find a Cleaner" than put in the state and the box that says Sort by click in company.

Jon,
Who knows why they don't put in the city where these members are located. They just break it down by the state. Your right though, at least the city should be posted for the exact reason that you stated. I know I would look to buy a powerwasher closer to my home and not knowing the city then who knows where these companies are located. Unless you do more investigating of course. And most people won't do that.

Hey I'm listed as a member and I haven't paid my dues since 2 yrs ago. They should keep there list updated and add in the common sense things such as what city each member is located.

I have a funny feeling that there hurting a little bit because they don't have enough funds to keep things running a bit more smoothly. Who Knows.

Hurting? if that is true it will only be a matter of time before dues go UP rather then they fold like any business that is going broke.

Also would you not think the founding fathers would infuse cash to keep it running?

I quit last year and the first thing they did was delete my name, strange others linger on, guess I ruffled a few feathers:)

In a short time I shall reply to Chris Detter and Company on the PWNA post.

I am trying to keep it short and so far it is the longest post I have ever done so till I get it short and sweet I will not post it.
