Maryland Pressure Washing
Rooftop Snow Removal and Ice Dam Removal

Is there anyone on here that offers these services in Maryland, Virginia or the District of Columbia? If you do offer this service, call me tomorrow morning on my cell at 240-274-0300 for referrals.

I'm logging close to 2,000 hits a day on my site and 300-500 calls a day for these services.

I did a segment for Channel 9 news on Monday and 4 different segments for channel 5 news yesterday and we are completly buried under calls.

I knew you would have been swamped with ice dam removal. I thought about you. Jerry "workspeed" Mc Millan even call and asked me if I offered ice dam services.

We were trying to keep up with plowing, and had 3 different breakdowns during the storm, that put us behind schedule.

How was it Henry?

Wow Henry, sounds like the snow is keeping you busy. I've been busy plowing. I did get a call from the property manager of a local Food Lion, about removing the snow from the roof. I just didn't have the man power to take it on.

Buy a temp guage !!!

Steam option is easy to install on your Hot Pressure Washer,
but I have BIG reservations in going over 240degrees on "just any 'old washer"

I am told 1000psi 230degr. is great,
and those adjustable temp-controls marked to 248 degr. work well,
IF you are carefull to balance the pressure-gpm with appropriate nozzle
so the temp control DOES NOT cycle !
Call me or Russ for details..
Respect the tech ! (aka.. don't guess your way through this !)
:victory:

Henry we do them if you have any more let me know . We do them in Md,De and Va , we just done remove 70 tons of snow off county civic center here ,
For they could have Nemo on ice lol . It is all about system

we do flat roof and it is half and half

Thanks for the referral Nigel I appreciate it. Now that the temps have come up some the snow is starting to melt faster causing a lot more water to come into homes. This should all be over in a few days unless we get more snow, then it will start all over again.

Next we will be doing repairs on all the homes that had damages to drywall, falling gutters, roof repairs ect ect..

You must have been real busy Henry, I could not imagine.

The nice thing about the situation is it probably put you and your remaining services in front of new potential pressure washing clients.

We can drive up if you need us, we have two hot water units. We are suprisingly slow with only one truck on the road.
S L O W for us too Kory, weather and economy not good.
Hope when it warms up, things get better ?

Cold Is about to HIt, today 74
LOL, that was funny! We too have a cold front coming to Tampa, the first of this season, that may also drop us down into the 70's.
This was a very very rainy summer for us, licking my chops, the rain makes more roof algae for us to clean!
But soon the roof cleaners up north will have to deal with snow removal, and cold weather.
