Rhode Island Hood Cleaning Requirements

Anyone know what the required certifications/licensing guidelines are in Rhode Island? I operate out of Massachusetts, and I know with the exception of I think Nashua or one of the cities in NH Massachusetts companies don't need any special licenses, but I had trouble getting in touch with the Rhode Island State Fire Marshal. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
