Removing Concrete Stain

What's the best chemical for removing concrete stain, and how to apply it. Did a quick search but couldn't find much, helping a friend put it down and remove it. Thanks Guys

Hey pat it's a concrete sealer from what I can tell, I guess should have clarified,
not a stain like grease or rust. I will get some pics when I can. He just wants to remove old sealer (stain)

I always used Dads, it seemed like the best, I think because it had all the different noxious solvents together. This soy stuff I would put pretty much equal or better to the strength of Dads and you could mix it in a salad dressing it's so mild. Also it doesn't evaporate and goes a long way. Not sure about that type of coating though.

You could trowel on a thin coat of Jasco Premium Paint and Epoxy Remover. We would pour it on concrete and trowel it on with a cheap window squeegee, leaving on a uniform thin layer. You need water recovery surface cleaner to clean it though as it can be messy.

Jasco! That stuff is powerful, I went to that after Dads. Can almost feel the burn.

One 5 of dads rolled on will cover...for me...about 600-700 ft2 @ 160.00 a5er. Whats the coverage rate of soy? 270 a pail is high. Made from friggin beans and there chargin an arm n a leg..eco aint cheap I guess.

It goes really far, it's kind of oily and hardly evaporates so it stays on working longer. I would almost guess it is cheaper to use, they do have samples.
