Recent Job

As previously stated, if there is a desire to discuss WC laws, etc. please start another thread in the appropriate forum. This isn't the place for it and we'll consider locking this thread if necessary.

Anyone cleaned any interesting or challenging roofs lately? If so, post some pics for all to see.

yeah, Celeste said that they use tomato thingys. I like that idea as well. We have them here at the house. The only problem I have with them is rust and they take up a lot of space, pipes (3/4") take up less space and don't rust.
Our website home page has picture of our trailer on it and in the front of the trailer it is full of tarps. http://www.reefpressurewashing.com
But cudo's its nice to see that people care about the plants. Down here a lot the chem sprayers just splash and dash. No tarps. No rinse. DEAD plants. DEAD grass. DEAD flowers.

So this makes it harder to sell a chem wash, because last time "they killed everything".

This is why you strongest selling point is 2 people. We've used it and it really helps the sale. Not to mention it justifies the price difference

Amen on the two people!
Whenever we get into a competitive situation with a competitor, we always make sure they have a ground person.
Most times, they do not, and are quite easy to blow out.

I especially liked your "fish pond lean to" idea from another thread David.
Plants are one thing, but if you kill people's fish, they will shoot you, LOL

I am really suprsed that no one talks about the paint ?
We have seen many one man tile roof cleaning gypsy's go through a subdivision w/o a ground man.

Chlorine can flat remove, and change the color of paint, or dull it, if allowed to run down a wall, etc.
W/o a grounds person, one can not often see this, until it is too late!
