To all of the guys that took place in the 5 new accounts in 5 days how did it work out for you?

I only pulled off two. That is not too bad for the week as we were out all week working. I have to get another vehicle initially dedicated to sales only.

I picked up two an Auto Zone and a Dairy Queen . . . . but it was for snow removal . . . :\ kinda hard to sell power washing when the parking lot has snow on it lol

Not trying to be a jerk, but I use this time of the year to sell them down the road or when the snow breaks.

Often I hear guys say this and there's no washing in the winter. I can tell you theres all kinds of washing.

Winter is the time to make the conections and close contracts. Your rcompetition might be ???????????

Glad to see your successful with the plowing.

The autozone should go on my list for being busy right now. I forgot about parts places doing well right now.

haha our in georgia and ron's in phoenix you all don't sell when there is snow on the ground!!!!

I started in chicago, the business there still washes all year round.

Just so you know, casino's is one of that business largest accounts. The walks get washed reguardless of the snow. The buses get washed reguardless of snow.

I think if you look around theres alot of trucks in KY. or going thru..

When your not washing, its a great time to sell. I'll say it again, your competitor is.

I was born in the south, south side of Chicago!!!

South side of Chicago, lol.

DJ, you are wrong, we had snow falling on our windshield a few weeks ago. There was a large camper in front of us from Michigan that had snow falling off the top and getting on us. We do not have snow frequently down here (thank Gos). It does still get cold. For the competitors that are not out selling, they are staying at home in the heat. The marketplace seems to open up at this time of the year.

Glad you guys went out there and hustled too! We sold:

1. A quarterly condo complex walkway/sidewalk clean
2. bi-annual window cleaning at another condo complex
3. stone pool restoration and seal with a quarterly maintenance plan
(great demo pics, I'm trying to post the pictures)
4. waterspot removal/ seal on some poolside tiles with a quarterly maintenance plan

I got sick the first half of the week so I wasn't pushing as hard as I wanted to. My sales girl is killing it though! We put out lots of other bids that will hopefully go through in the next month or so.

Good job guys, lets keep it up!

Here's Pics of the Demo - we cleaned the upper of two stairs

The first pic is before cleaning

The second shows the clean stair and the stair that's still dirty.

Good job Chris. We were the oppostie of you, my sales person was sick until Wednesday and good the second half. One my sales guy picked up and the other came from a postcard mailing.

Yeah, I guess we both had bad luck with people being sick. You really gotta be on your game to beat the streets. Maybe we'll try it again in a month or two.
