Food Oil Grease cleaning,

Please remember to never throw water on food Grease until you have used proper Assorbants. Using assorbants will prevent liabilty public and damage to the Dry wells.

Here's a secret I use when selling shopping centers. Often the PM do not know why the Dry wells need so much cleaning and often replacement which is very expensive.

Maint cleaning can prevent and save litterally thousands in damage. Please remember that we are always trying to save money.

Simply ask a PM how much money they are spending maintaining the systems. If they have alot of food places I'll bet the cost is high. of course the dry well cleaning Co will not offer this info, this would reduce there revenue tremedously.

We do over 900 dumpsters each month in Shopping centers and all sort of business from Grocery to drugs stores.

Wal-mart is a Large Customer of ours as is Target.

They understand the importance of cleaning them regular, the public liabilty from vector control and the actual maint on dry well systems will increase cost is they do not.

Health issues of close by residents , public liability and preventive maint on dry well. All these could be a reason to wash on a regular basis. The bottom line is once you cab prove saving through documentation and questions being asked correctly the people at the top want to have regular maint. People from cold places say they do not do these areas on a regular basis. I have found that they want to but cannot find contractors willing to service them. They all say that contractors close down from oct to March.

Trust me these areas get soiled and need cleaning year round.

In the future we are going to post a few Nasty videos of locations closed, we also have locations that recieved citations.

Grease in the rear is a serious issue.

KEC guys who do not know what they are doing often cause a large liabilty for owners. We have even seen when they clean off a food places property and make a mess on another persons property to only get caught.

We will talk about cleaning this and the proper pressure washing methods. Legal pressure washing and proper disposal. Relax its not expensive just needs to be handled correctly.

We will also talk about sanitary sewer over flow cleaning in a later thread.

Proper Play ground equipment cleaning. ( safely for the children)

Stadium Cleaning precedures.

I started this thread awhile back and we will add to it weekly from here out.

We have to keep going on this
