Parking Garage Cleaning videos California Pressure washing equipment

Hey Nigel--How do you like this sucker?? That's me in there. This machine only handles 5.5gpm. Where going at least 27gpm and even though the Cyclone is a nice looking and comfortable machine it couldn't hold a candle to what we do and the price tag of $100,000 I would want this machine to be at least 8gpm and a few more bells and whistles to it.

I have some more pics of what the underneath of this Cyclone looks like. Also check out this trailer size and also the machine your showing on a video above. The cyclone guys were very interesting for sure

I hope I get to test this machine in the near future.

For those of you interested in the Cyclone the model that looks like a Lawn mower was the one the inventor himself used. He used this for 20 years and never sold it until recently he was bought completely out of the manufacturing side of the business. Just a note on what piece you might think is better

And here is one of the many man made lakes we made in the parking garages. Take a good look at the water in thos lakes we made. Those lakes can be over 50' long and even wider and about 4-5" deep. This is where you need a good filter to filter out the sludge in a garage. This is no small task.

and another pic. I can go all day showing these type pics of what happens when you berm drains and how much sludge is building up in the water. These are the kind of issues your dealing with when using hi quantity of water to get the job done the fastest with excellent results. Also keep in mind we use around 1500 gallons per hour when cleaning a garage with hot water powerwashers. Its a challenging part of powerwashing that has many thinking about it becauses the money is excellent but you have to have the right type of equipment to get the job done in a timely manner.

I truly like the design and was impressed

5.5 to 6 gpm is all that is needed for that size of walk behind, remember it is a motor driven jet stream, with nozzles pointing directly downward.

The unit i demoed did not have the recycling system, I would have liked to see that.

I also liked the fact that they had a 27 Hp running a 5.5 gpm dont see that to often. Motor sounded like it was jogging

The salesman, mentioned that my area has multiple state facilities budgeting for units in 2013, a couple of contractors have rented or leased units for garage cleaning.

They both have there functionally differences, great design

Ever had a garage leak through to the lower floors ?

Yes a few times. We did 2 garages last year where the water would be running thru the floor in no time. The money made in these garages wasn't so much by us even though we did Ok but it was the company who was to lay down the epoxy coat in here.

A few pictures back I put up that bobcat scrubber picture, well that company does it all and on this one particular garage we did they were not happy with there Powerwashing staff. This company not only does the usual maintenance for the garage such as the striping, sealing etc, they also fix the concrete and that is where there millions are made. The've ripped out floorings all across the country to replace with new concrete and rebar if the garage is restorable. Millions in that.

Me?? No interest in none of it and not interested enough in money itself to do it all... All I want to do is power wash and we are "Guns" for hire in these monsters. My attitude there is if you can't do it.. We can.

One of the worst things we dealt with on a couple of occasions is concrete just falling off the ceilings to the point there is barriers set up so you can't drive thru it or in my case clean thru it.

These are just a few of the many concerns in a parking garage cleaning situation.

Nigel I like you and respect what you have to offer the board but you have to try and understand from our perspective as well that Jim was always into it with someone and his style of posting left much to be desired.

In my oponion and its only my oponion but stealing something from someone does not get you places in life and Jim did just that to a friend of mine that trusted him, so he is not welcome here any longer.

They say time heals wounds, I doubt we have enough time. My mom was good enough to give me a good BS detector at birth, I saw thru him before anyone else, Ron thought I was being hard on him until he turned on Ron (now Ron Knows) Then Scott thought I was being hard on him until he turned on Scott (Now Scott knows). The list goes on and on.

Jim continues to want to be held higher than anyone, I have never in 43 years on this earth seen someone with the need to be accepted and thought well of as much as him.

I mean come on, he told people I live in a doublewide? Also admittedly looked up my home and tax records on the net to see what kind of home I lived in? Thats the silliest thing to date. Why would that matter to him at all? Why would that matter to anyone at all? All he had to do was phone up Ashley Phillips, Trey (Sentinel) Richard Fleming, Ron Musgraves or Bob from Pressure Tek, they have all been here on more than one occasion.

Nevermind, really its not important, he wont be back .......... RIP Jimbo!

My how things change....well, not really. People just can't hide who they are for very long. I am still sorry to this day for taking up for Jim and getting banned for doing it. He fooled me hard and I'm not that easily fooled.

I just realized from that the TGS link in this thread that anytime anyone types my name it comes up like this: *******.

Freaking hilarious!
