Parking garage chem

On parking garages I have used RPC 2000 cocrete cleaners Steve Rowletts product & F-18 Max From Bob W. What is out there that is better? Oil spots we lay it on and then we Xjet the rest of the deck/floor and use 180 degree heat I'd like to know how you all do it and do you mix your own chems and what, does anyone one use S Hydrox with out any other chems and where do you get the chems

Aroud here we have 100's of parking decks from 25K to around 400K, lots of grime, oil and many arent cleaned often or well. I would just like to find the ultimate product

i do and it does real well on heavily oiled spots........ i mix 4 pounds per 6 gallons and x-jet (m5) at 2:1
