Painted deck

My question to board is do you get more for a painted deck for a clean and paint as you would for a clean a seal on a standard deck... Currently i am getting 1.35sq.ft plus material at consumer price here in midwest on standard deck.

I also want to thank all pros for inputs that i have recieved in past posts. Someday i hope to be able to help somebody, Like you have help me.

Painting would be more $$$.

I dont do it, I power wash it and hire a painter to paint it.

I also wash every deck that this painter seals/paints. Works out great for both of us.
