Orange stains

Wondering what I can use to remove stains on Vinyl, looks like it from sprinklers also on garage door it's aluminium.

hydroflouric works very good on all surfaces except concrete, Be very, Very careful.. other acids work too but HF works almost instantly on painted surfaces..

Thanks john I used a lime mineral liquid to remove alot of the stain on the house worked well.
